Harper Jane turns One!!

This past weekend, my dad and Deborah came into town, as well as my mom, and we all drove up to Pasco to see the Casey family and celebrate little miss Harper Jane’s 1st birthday!

It was such a fun trip and good to see everyone. It was the first time to have all the grandparents together and all the grandkids for my family.

We celebrated Harper and had fun playing with her and her new toys! She was so cute in her little outfit and tutu that her mommy made! She had fun eating her cupcake as well! Sunday we went to the Country Mercantile which has amazing sandwiches, chocolate treats, jelllies and all kinds of stuff! We enjoyed the evening with a delicious dinner over at Tracey's parents house. Monday we made our way home and made a little pit stop at Multnomah Falls for a quick photo. It was SO windy!

It was such a fun trip and so fun to be with all my family and Tracey’s family. Thanks to Dad and Deborah for coming out, renting a van and taking care of all of us kiddos! We appreciate and love you!!

Enjoy the pictures- in no particular order J

Sister/Brother love

I've been lucky to try and capture a few cute pictures of the kiddos- loving each other! awww

Here are a few that I've been wanting to share :)

My favorite picture of them! Both smiling!

Holding hands!!

Kisses

Reading to her brother- she loves to do this!
Feeding her brother for the first time ever!!

She really wanted to help!!

Loves to feed him his bottle!

This was too cute- I had to share!!

Evan's 4 Month Check-Up

Went in a month late for his 4 month checkup- ooops! (forgot that he had a 4 month!) Good news is- he is healthy and a happy boy! We didn't really have any major concerns to talk about.
Here are his stats:

Weight- 17lbs. 10 oz (72 percentile)
Height- 25.75 inches (42 percentile)
Head- 42 cm (33 percentile)

WHAT!!? 17 pounds!! My goodness, he is a big boy!

To sum it all up- Evan is the EXACT opposite of his sister! I know...I know... I say that every time. But, he weighs more and is taller than Sage, and his head is smaller when she was this age! Just crazy!

He was SUCH a good boy for Dr. Elia!

Look at this chunky boy!

Faces of Sage

So, after every bath with Sage, we practice our faces in the mirror. We do "sad" face, "happy" face and "mad" face!
It is soo funny to watch her do them. Mandie was able to capture a video of it and a few pictures. Had to share!! ;)

Timeout

Sage is just chilling in 'timeout'!! She is funny, even when she is in trouble!

Halloween Fun!

It was the perfect weather for Trick or Treating! Sage was a cute little lady bug and Evan was a pumpkin! We took Sage around to a few houses and at first, she didn’t quite understand, but after two houses she knew to knock on the door, hold up her bucket and she got a treat! And then everytime she would say “Thank you mama”- haha! Evan just enjoyed hanging out watching his little sister.

The disappointing factor in this was the amount of trick ortreaters we got L We live in an awesome neighborhood with tons of kids, but a few houses around us were dark, so I wonder if that contributed to the low amount of kids.

Sage is willing to try anything in a wrapper from her pumpkin bucket- and so far, she has liked every candy she got. If only there was a way to feed her vegetables like that to her!
