Sage loves the Park

We love the park right down the street from our house! And we found a cool park in Medford!!

2 Months Old!

I can’t believe it’s been 2 months already. I’m sad that I only have a month left of maternity leave. I’ve really enjoyed being home with both the kiddos.

The past few weeks have been a bit challenging. Evan is not as easy of a baby as Sage was. Which Brad and I knew would happen :)  We finally got him medicine to help with his acid reflux,  and he has been a much happier baby. He’s getting so big! He is in three month clothes and having more awake time during the day. He sleeps pretty well at night and goes about 3-4 hours between feedings.

Our favorite is when he smiles- and he smiles a lot! He loves watching his sister and always has an eye on her! She is so sweet with him and gives him hugs and kisses all the time!

Visitors

We have had all kinds of visitors in Evan’s first several weeks of life. His grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, second cousins, and friends!

We are so blessed to have all these amazing people in our life and in Evan’s- to come shower him with love, kisses and cuddles.

Thank you to all who came to visit, brought us dinner, and brought us gifts of diapers and clothes! You have all made these past 6 weeks wonderful!

A very special thank you to our amazing parents! They have helped with feeding, cleaning, cooking, bathing, and have given Brad and I a few date nights. We are blessed to have our parents- who are amazing grandparents to our children! Thank you mom, dad, mom Fetrow and dad Fetrow! We love you!

Fourth of July

We had a nice Fourth of July- we went over to the Bales house for a BBQ and hanging out with friends! It was cute to see all the kiddos playing together.
The Bales family had some fireworks that we set off before the kiddos bedtime.
Evan slept right through them and Sage was fascinated by them- at least she wasn't scared!
It was a nice relaxing day!

One Month Old!

Can't believe it's been a whole month. It really feels like only a week has passed- not four!
Evan is doing great. He eats a ton!! Its hard for me to make sense of it. Sage barely ate and Evan seems to not get enough. These two could not be more opposite. And I knew it from day 1. Evan is constantly moving. The only time he is ever still is when he is in a deep sleep-. He is the exact same as he was cooking him for 9 months :)
He really is getting so big! He's in 3 month clothing already and eating about 4-6 ounces per feeding. If I had to guess, I'd say he is about 11 lbs.
He goes for a check up in a month from now.
