This picture is actually one day shy of being 33 weeks! And okay- looking at this picture, I'm not exactly angled to see the full belly, so I think I look smaller than I am.
It wasn't my intention to take belly pictures with Sage, but, I hardly ever have pictures of me and of me and Sage. And I just can't help it- she is just too cute!
I'm feeling great- baby is still active! I'm starting to swell a little bit, but I think that's because it's been warm.
All is good and just counting down the weeks :)

First time playing with chalk outside!
It was National Grilled Cheese day and Sage is loving hers!
Sage loves her Micky and Minnie mouse puzzles. She puts them together on her own and knows which puzzle piece belongs to the puzzle- what a smart little girl :)

30 Weeks
30 weeks! 10 or less to go...(let's hope more like 7weeks!!)
Pregnancy Updates:
· Brad and I are trying to figure out our plans for when little baby arrives- trying to figure out Plan A, Plan B, C, D, etc. for what to do with Sage, our schedule, etc.
· We also talked about doing a hospital tour, since we'll be delivering at a new hospital. Although with Sage, we never did make it to our scheduled hospital tour, we arrived a few days early to have Sage instead :)
· Sage has started to pat my belly when I ask her. Next step is to try and have her rub the belly. She still has no clue that her sibling is just hanging out in mommy’s belly.
· Still having a ton of Braxton Hicks and I do think it’s due to how active this baby is. I mostly get them after I and him have been active. Other than that- I’m feeling good! I’m just a little tired, but that is normal chasing Sage around.
Here are the pictures:
Easter Weekend
We had a fun little Easter together! We decided to wait to do Sage's Easter basket until after her morning nap. We spent the first part of the morning with my Dad and Deborah before they headed up to Pasco.
After her nap, she got all dressed up and came down to see her Easter basket. At least this year, she understood it a bit! After the basket, we did a little Easter egg hunt outside. It took her a minute, but she knew that she needed to put the eggs in the basket. It was fun to see her do this!
We had a fun day together! Hope everyone had a great Easter :)
And, she did go put her hat on before going outside! Not kidding- she wears this hat all the time!!

Can you say!?
The other night, we had some fun asking Sage if she could repeat after us. This is a little video of her talking...we are so proud ;)
Then she did this after she ate all her dinner!
29 Weeks!
We are moving quite along, counting down these weeks. The other night, I informed Brad that I only had 8 weeks left (that will put me at 37 weeks, which is when I had Sage). Gosh, I really hope that is the case!
So, this entire pregnancy, I had thought that I’ve gained more weight and have been showing more than my first one. Turns out, I’m wrong!! We had our doctor appointment today and the belly is measuring at 29 inches (usually, your belly in inches measures to the amount of weeks you are!). So, we are right on track. And I’m exactly at the same weight I was with Sage at 29 weeks. So far, I’ve only gained about 16 pounds and currently weigh 141lbs. Not bad! PHEW!! I’m sooo happy to know that I’m exactly where I was with Sage!
I’ve been getting some Braxton Hicks and lots of baby kicks (hehe!). I’ve had some swelling too, but I blame that on Brad’s cooking with too much salt ;)
Here are a few pictures of the belly and sporting the new hair-do.

Popi and Gammy Visit
My Dad and Deborah made a trip up to visit all of us! They
spent a few days with us and then headed north to Pasco to see the Casey
family. They got in Friday night and Sage was excited to see them! We watched
the Oregon game and then of course, headed to Red Robin for some yummy dinner!
Saturday we spent the morning hanging out and recruited my dad to help switch
rooms for Sage and set up the nursery. Sage is officially in her big girl bed-
kind of- she is still in the crib, but we removed the tall rail and put in a
toddler rail so that she is able to get in and out of bed on her own. So far-
she has been great!! I was so nervous for this transition, but as usual with
Sage, she handles it with no complications and makes it all pretty easy!
At Red Robin
Saturday afternoon we headed to the Oregon Zoo (along with
the rest of Portland!). It was such a beautiful day- mid 70s! We took a chance
and found parking up at the zoo (phew!) and spent a few hours looking at zebras,
elephants, flamingos, monkeys and all kinds of animals. Sage had a good time-
she recognized the monkeys and enjoyed looking at the giraffes and zebras. I
think she’ll have more fun when we go and it is not so crowded! She was such a
good girl and never fussed or cried the entire afternoon! We spent the evening
BBQing and just hanging out.
Popi and Gammy left on Sunday morning to Pasco while Brad
and I celebrated Easter with our little munchkin!
It was a great weekend, perfect weather and we can’t wait to
see them again, hopefully very soon! Like in 8 weeks, kind of soon J
And thanks to Dad and Deborah for spoiling Sage and spoiling
us too J
We appreciate you both!At Red Robin

Third Trimester! (Week 28)
Woo Hoo!! We are officially in the third trimester, although sometimes it feels like just yesterday we found out we are pregnant!
I’m feeling pretty good. I know I keep saying this, and Brad is sure tired of hearing it, but my goodness, this baby is constantly moving! He pushes his foot out so hard, I can feel it!! I can literally take my fingers, rub against him pushing and feel the foot- it is the craziest thing ever. In that brief moment, I think, how cool! Then he does it again about 10 times in 30 seconds!!

I’m trying to get Sage to feel my tummy when the baby moves, but she still doesn’t get it. She’ll still lift up my shirt, poke my tummy and then cover it up real quickly. She has however, been very attached to a little cabbage-patch baby that she carries around with her. I can’t wait to see what she’ll be like when she gets her own real life baby!
I definitely feel like I’m in my third trimester, to the day. I said to Brad, I bet I’m in my third (mind you, I forgot what week I was on and what week the third trimester started!) and sure enough, I was right. I remember feeling that way the first time around too.
I’m supposed to go do my glucose testing sometime this week and hopefully I’ll pass that. I’m not ready to give up my chocolate milk and Oreo cookies yet :)
At this time, Baby weighs two and a quarter pounds and measures 14.8 inches from the top of head to heels (although, it feels like 5pounds and 21 inches long!!)
Here’s what the belly looks like. This past weekend we went to Medford and here are a few pictures from that trip. Sage did great- although she did get sick at the end-poor girl!
